Design interactive reports and dashboards using Spotfire for various internal groups including our project portfolio and resource management team, finance team, fermentation group, and the analytical group. Exclusively develop and deliver data views, functions and stored procedures from both our in-house Oracle operational DB and SQL Server data warehouse for a wide range of applications including our automation lab, various functional groups ad-hoc analyses, financial reporting as well as our enterprise-wide laboratory information management system (LIMS). Develop and manage the integration of various IT systems including our dev and production data warehouse, the scheduling software for the automation platform, and the Spotfire server which supports the development and distribution of various visualization reports. Create and oversee our ETL workflow by designing SSIS packages for our data warehouse, and monitoring data ingestion from our LIMS, external databases and raw files.
