Zerve was a marketplace for great local things to do and a ticketing and business management platform empowering the businesses who run them. As product manager, my responsibilities included:• Lead PM for software that allows merchants to process millions in ticket sales and manage inventory/reservations.• Managed all aspects of planning, design, marketing, and partner relations for internal CRM and ticketing SaaS.• Developed business case and strategy and managed development for merchant platform mobile app• Developed business case/strategy, and managed development for merchant mobile point-of-sale application. • Drove strategy to determine which features and enhancements were built to help increase sales growth and account retention.

Over one thousand restaurants nationwide use Savored to implement intelligent yield management and to productize and market their tables. Savored offers diners a members-only reservation service that provides the diner with insider pricing of 30% off their entire meal.• Launched New Jersey territory for country's leading digital marketing platform for high-end restaurants; cold-call, pitch and coordinate restaurant participation across Morris and Essex counties.• Call restaurants to coordinate reservations and special requests; manage customer service issues and escalation process.
