Operated as the Lead System Engineer for the TAC Watch team, which directly supported a leading Department of Defense research and analytical tool. TAC search functionality allows for data aggregation and assisted search capabilities to maximize the time intelligence analysts need to conduct in-depth research. • Lead a team of seven IT engineers and intelligence analysts in providing rapid 24/7 IT support for TAC, a primary DIA research application.• Worked with Tier 2 TAC engineers to develop adaptations to the TAC application to meet the requirements of the application owner and the customer base at large across multiple networks. • Facilitated communication between customer SMEs and TAC development engineers to capture changes being request by power-users, allowing TAC to evolve and maintain its reliability within the IC.• Produced technical documentation to increase knowledge flow across the TAC Watch personnel while minimizing gaps for customer support to be missed. • Identified workflow shortcomings on the TAC Watch and worked to minimize operational impacts.• Primary TAC Watch trainer for new TAC Watch personnel and customers of the TAC application; to include analytical capabilities, search analytics, and IT system architecture troubleshooting.• Assisted TAC users by capturing their feedback and mission requirements to customize robust intelligence gathering queries using Pattern Specification Language (PSL).• Maintained the TAC Watch’s fiscal budget, central data hub for TAC Watch personnel, and 24/7 schedule for program leadership.

Lead a team of 12 intelligence analysts as the representatives of the Intelligence (G2) section of a division staff command and control section. It is the responsibility of the Current Operations team to maintain situational awareness of enemy movements in real-time while utilizing multiple intelligence collection capabilities. The Current Operation team developed the Daily Intelligence read book while in both garrison and a deployed setting. This classified document gave insight for senior military leaders into the daily intelligence estimates to world events which could directly impact the unit’s Global Response Force (GRF) mission.
