As a Computer Technician I am responsible for maintaining all PCs and laptops on property as well as installation and configuration of software ranging from basic Microsoft applications to Player Management software such as IGT applications.As a Network Technician I am responsible for activating and deactivating network jacks as well as installation of new network jacks and 110 terminations. I am expected to troubleshoot faulty networking to determine if there is a hardware (physical) or software (logical) problem.Some of my networking skills have involved re-wiring a network Communications Room.I am currently considered the Lead Network Technician at my current position.

While at FC I was responsible for troubleshooting and repairing End User PCs when brought into the shop. We were required to work on 3 PCs at a time.After a short time I was promoted to a Road Technician where I was sent to customers homes or place of business to perform the same functions.Later I was promoted to Manager of one of the stores until the two local franchises were sold at which point I became the Manager for both locations.Some of the responsibilities at FC included hardware and software troubleshooting and repair. Hardware replacement and even new custom PC builds to customer specifications.
