I have made team relevance and pride key to producing results. The next chapter for me and my family is exciting. I'm looking forward to applying my leadership and motivation to my next career.I enjoy solving wicked strategic problems both in logistics and in motivating people to be better. I have always focused on ensuring that employees had the resources and opportunities to Be Better Than Yesterday! I take pride in my ability to quickly adapt to new situations and organizations. My family has enjoyed 11 moves, being around 7 different aircraft in 12 different MAJCOMS. I have been exposed to Joint operations, special operations, Combat Air Forces, Mobility Air Forces, Acquisitions, and Program Management. All of this has built resiliency in myself and my family.Life has many challenges both at home and the workplace. As a family, we have had major challenges overcoming illness with the love of my life and the stress on kids during moves. It has made me appreciate every day and the people that I get the chance to work with. Connecting with people and helping people develop and grow is my passion and my experiences drive me.
