In my third year as a psychology student at Maranatha Christian University, I became a member of HIMA S1 Psychology at Maranatha Christian University and was trusted to be the head of student orientation or also known as Psikologi Bungsu. I was once again trusted to be the leader of a committee of 80 people. It feels very proud and even more excited to be a leader on a larger scale. I learned a lot from this experience, I learned how to recruit division coordinators and committee members, how to place each member in a place that suits the potential of each member, how to make the various divisions in the committee collaborate and coordinate with each other well, and how to repair damaged team communication into more effective communication.

It's great to be able to enter the art activity unit organization and become the manager of a division that I like, namely the band division. I started learning new things about leadership in my second year as a psychology student at Maranatha Christian University. I learned to lead 50 members of the band division, each with their own personality and characteristics. Through this organization I learned to listen to the opinions of each member and make the best decision for a group. I learned how to communicate well with each member who has a different background.

It's really fun to be a part of Psikologi Bungsu, also known as freshman orientation. I learned many new things when I entered college through this committee. I learned how to coordinate online, how to create events online, how to be a master of ceremony online, and how to create an effective event rundown. I met a lot of new people through this committee and it made me excited to continue being in the organization.

The second committee I joined in my first year as a freshman was Psychology sport. Psychology Sport is a sports competition activity that is open in general both for internal maranatha campus and for other universities. However, because it is still during the covid pandemic, this sports competition is held online and the sport being contested is esport. I got a lot of experience on how to make an online competition event. I also learned to be an online mc, make a rundown, and create themes and concepts for online esport events.
