• Design all mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, sewage, firefighting, irrigation, LPG, and swimming pools.• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers and other stake holders to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into building designs and resolve any conflicts or coordination issues. • Preparation of the MEP specification as per the project requirement.• Coordination with authority for design drawing approval – DM , DEWA , DCD, DDA & Trakhees.• Selection of mechanical equipment units (FCU, AHU, FAHU, ERV, VRF, chiller, etc.) based on design requirements, budget constraints and performance criteria.• Attend site meetings to monitor work progress, technical follow-ups, and coordination meetings.• Closely monitor site activities to ensure the quality of work complies with contract drawings and specifications, adheres to good construction practices, uses only approved materials, and complies with shop drawings.• Review the contractor's submittals for materials and shop drawings for approval.

• Detailed 3D BIM Revit model- LOD 200, LOD 300 & LOD 400.• Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage.• Develop and prepare Design Drawing and shop drawings for Mechanical disciplines, such as Ducting Layout, Ventilation Layout, Chilled water layout, PHE layout, FPS layout.• Collaborating with stakeholders and informing them about project goals, progress, and BIM process.• Assist in review and production of 3D electrical drawings for field installations and coordination with other sub-contractor trades.• Prepared Electrical Home Run Layout.• Preparation of MEP family.• Prepares documentation requesting clarification of original design in the form of RFI and follow up responses.• Responsible for compiling the drawings and coordinating the information with MEP contractors.• Attain meetings or sent RFI if there are any technical discrepancies in the Design drawing.

• 3D modelling of mechanical services and Creating BIM Content (Family) for MEP System and Equipment as per manufacture's catalogue.• Checking routing feasibility of services with the existing situation.• Performing BIM Clash detection and making necessary correction/alterationto MEP system Design.• Knowledge of handling and solving clash detections using Revit MEP,and Navisworks.• Material take off and preparation of detailed Bill of quantities for HVAC and Plumbing works.
