Hired to build and manage a brand new internal audit offering in a particularly challenging period. Established a number of key relationships and a solid platform for growth.

Took overall responsibility for the entire permanent business for the last 2 years of my tenure successfully growing not only the audit practice but a number of additional established and brand new teams including Risk, Compliance, Investment Management, Banking Ops, and finance within Commerce. Grew net fee income by signifcant margins in this period and managed a team of up to 18.

Joined JP Gray when it was a year old, and began a new practice recruiting within the internal audit space. Personally recruited across all areas of audit initially and quickly saw a major gap in the market in IT audit which I specialised in from 2004. Saw rapid progression to Senior Consultant and Team Leader and was the companies best performing consultant from 2005 transacting £340k worth of new business that year. Hired and trained a number of consulants to deliver into the internal and IT audit market with me before being promoted to Manager of the entire permanent business at the end of 2006.
