Hired to provide design consultation, concept development, initial architectural drawings, and 3D renders for all residential and commercial projects. • Co-designed an industrial product for a client that is currently on the market. Co-designed a revolutionary concept for a gym that has spawned a fitness corporation. • Served as Workplace Strategist on the company’s projects including several smaller fitness- centered structures in a 10,000 sq. Ft. building in the process of obtaining LEED certification). • Designed all of the company's branding, promotional literature, packaging design, graphics, and concept art. • Proactively worked around the clock to bring to life a broad concept. Delivered polished ideation sketches and concept renders and contributed to company securing investors. • Discovered original working drawings and several patents from Charles Deaton (a famous Colorado Modernist). Cataloged and organized promotional materials, drawings, slides, articles, etc. Results - owner reproduced a Deaton lighten system and adding to the product offers which increased sales.

Provided professional quality photo merging, editing, editing floor plans, and assembling virtual tours for PlanOmatic’s markets across the United States. Produce photo-realistic staging of furniture in photos of empty homes for clients.LEADERSHIP | PROJECT MANAGEMENT • Employees Managed: 25| Monthly Budget Managed: $2K-$3K | Revenue Generated: $60K-$72K • Hired and Managed a supplemental 20-person team in Vietnam to produce work for the department. • Handled $72K in billing reconciliation for the Vietnamese project. • Met with the CEO and COO of eSoft (the Vietnamese team) personally to discuss pricing/turnaround time/and expansion. • Obtained management buy in to implement solution to increase productivity by adding additional weekend employees to assist in client order tickets. Results - Added offering to clients for a weekend delivery option which increased sales and customer satisfaction. DESIGN | STAGING • Tapped to be photoshop/lightroom training lead for the US production team and photo editing team in India. • Reconfigured the virtual staging department using state of the art 3D image rendering as opposed to manual photoshop image creation. Results Improved quality, decreased the overall lead time for clients Increased sales by upwards of 300%. • Increased repeat customers marketing PlanOmatic as a "one-stop shop" for all marketing needs. • Proposed implementing a 3D based system to decrease time during virtual staging process resulting in increased quality. Turnaround time reduced from 5 days to less than 2 days.

Designed company branding, managed the website, managed 3 gallery spaces (15,000 total sq. ft.), developed product line offerings (Herman Miller, Vitra, Flos etc.), curated gallery shows, restored furniture (including furniture currently in the Kirkland Museum of Fine & Decorative Arts collection), and promoted the company through Modernism shows and events. • Led gallery to become an epicenter for designers and design students in Denver. Increased clientele and was featured in articles. • Organized quarterly lecture/party series (up to 300 attendees) each focusing on a major designer or design manufacturer.
