• Acting for a group of directors in relation to a breach of trust, breach of fiduciary duty and accessory liability claims in excess of £25 million. The claim included defending a UK freezing injunction.• Acting for a group of Directors in relation to a claim brought by a liquidator for recovery of substantial sums (in excess of £21 million) arising from alleged MISFEASANCE/BREACH OF FIDUCIARY on the part of the DIRECTORS. The claim included defending a world wide freezing injunction.• Acting for the successful petitioner in a Section 994 Petition involving allegations where a company acquired assets where the directors were in a position of conflict and knowingly assisted in the wrongful diversion of assets of the company.

Harvest Finance Ltd (No. 2) [2014] EWHC 4237 (Ch); [2014] All ER (D) 216 (Dec)).• Acting in relation to all matters concerning DIRECTOR DISQUALIFCATION proceedings.• Acting for a group of Directors in relation to a claim brought by a liquidator for recovery of substantial sums (in excess of £12 million) arising from alleged MISFEASANCE/BREACH OF FIDUCIARY DUTY/TRANSACTIONS AT UNDERVALUE/PREFERENCE on the part of the DIRECTORS.• Acting for an Administrator in a claim brought by the liquidator for an order pursuant to Paragraph 75(6) Schedule B1 Insolvency Act 1986, seeking to challenge the remuneration of the Respondents as Administrators of various Companies.• Acting for the Defendant company in the Court of Appeal in a case concerning the doctrine of estoppel by convention in the context of a dispute over the exercise of shareholder rights.• DERIVATIVE ACTION under the Companies Act 2006 (Kiani v Cooper and others [2010] EWHC 577 (Ch)).
