Joined Emmis team as Producer for Branded Content working directly with the sales team to develop new ways for clients to engage customers through focused content including Pepsi Road to Summer Jam series totaling $250,000 in revenue. Working to streamline team’s workflow I created standardized folder structure, template projects, ability to live switch all interviews, and established way for obtaining asset management system. Using experience of webcasting and large event operations I lead internal team through pre-production, staffing, production, post, and delivery including producing and technical directing webcasts. Continued to direct and manage staff with technical and creative execution, developed training exercises to elevate staff’s technical expertise and improving quality standards, culminating in promotion to Senior Video Manager.

Partnered with and expanded the US operations of PRV from four to fifteen team members in three years. These new members owned and operated their own operations facilitating PRV’s growth from a simple blog to full-service production company. Established an auspicious reputation for PRV through numerous music videos, EPK’s, and tour coverage while producing additional web content for the sites scheduled weekly postings.
