Dining Out For Life® is an annual fundraising event involving the generous participation of volunteers, corporate sponsors and restaurants. The concept is simple: Restaurants donate a generous percent of their sales to a local HIV service organization, and the local HIV service organization fills participating restaurants with diners. Reports to Corporate Business Travel Sales Manager. Negotiates volume rate agreements with corporations to accommodate individual transient travelers for three individual hotel properties. Establishes and enhances the image of AMPC properties in all individual travel market segments. Researches, identifies, targets and solidifies relationships with new and existing volume corporate, consortia & wholesale accounts. Develops opportunities in corporate markets for additional individual transient sales for all properties. Travels to conduct outside calls and promote hotel portfolio, while developing measurable targeted action plans for account penetration and growth.

Attends trade shows and participates in sales blitzes. Develops key relationships with key, community decision makers and clients. Consistently meets and exceeds sales goals. Continues market education while developing clear and concise written and verbal communication. Designs and implements marketing. Demonstrates ability to lead sales team and conduct team building programs. Continues excellent time management and organizational skills.

Develops and maintain key advocates in all market segments. Actively participates in local, regional and national industry related organizations. Tracks record developing for long term business relationships. Conducts familiarization trips, onsite and field presentations. Develops nine million dollar sales and marketing plan. Develops budgets and projections for assigned market segments. Reports profit and loss statements to management company.
