Responsibilities included:• 2019 Annual sales of £6.1m in for my designated geo area of a combined £26m for the UK• Built long term sustainable relationships with SMEs including key accounts, maintaining regular contact to discuss level of service delivered and new products being launched• Prospect new business using various CRM packages, insight database, e-marketing, quote follow-ups and cold/warm calling• Develop and lock-in new business through various support tools at our disposal such as websites, lead generation, sales samples, showroom support and online pricing• Conduct product and online pricing training to business owners, sales teams and administrators at either their premises or at our own• Deal with escalated complaints, quality and service issues• Ensure financial accounts are within terms and assist in the collection of aged debt• Produce yearly forecasts, flash forecasts with quarterly updates• Deliver PowerPoint presentations during monthly sales meetings and year end to senior management• Promote the business through various trade shows such as Fit Show, Homebuild & Reno, Grand Designs
