My family have been involved in haulage all of my life and starting my career as a junior tachograph analyst in 2006 came natural as I already had a very in depth understanding of the regulations for operating heavy goods vehicles. It also helps that I have a very analytical brain and I thrive on data and discovering what it takes to become more efficient.Working alongside Michael Clithero (one of the original experts in the area of Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive) I quickly increased my understanding and began working directly with clients to improve their drivers awareness of the infringements.In 2011 I studied to become a professional trainer with the Institute of Leadership and Management and soon after became an RTITB registered Industrial & Commercial instructor. This service runs under the name Trak-Team and the goal is to be able to integrate the telematics reports with the tachograph reports in the near future.
