The Manager for Emergency Management and Public Safety is the subject matter expert in application, design and integration of Physical Security Systems, security forces development, staffing, deployment and contracting of security services. Has extensive knowledge of Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED), facility and asset identification, systems integration, value engineering and Project management concepts. Provides demonstrable proof of knowledge and experience in threat assessment and risk analysis; return on investment (ROI) analysis, integrated physical security systems; and the appropriate identification, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of security measures. Provides threat and vulnerability identification, analysis strategies and methods, as well as interpretation of collected data. Also provides countermeasures and recommendations related to specific threats.Serves as the health system level and local Incident Commander in response to disasters, significant planned events and large scale activities.
