Im currently responsible for EMEA Project and Change Management for a global leading Asset Manager client's ETF business. This involves driving a global project team of senior business leads in bringing in high value and high profile new business and business expansion. I have engagement of several workstreams and stakeholder requirements and am held accountable for the success of the projects while ensuring audit requirements and client experience are to the highest standard. I present and liaise on a daily basis with all levels of seniority within both internal and external businesses and I lead the Steering Group meetings with senior directors on both sides of the project. I maintain oversight of project delivery and utilize project collateral (project plans, actions logs, RAID/R&I logs/impact assessments etc) to collate project metrics and drive efficient, risk-adverse and high quality project delivery. I also continue to hold leadership roles within our Global Reverse Mentoring and Shadow ExCo initiatives and represent BNY on external financial commissions.

In addition to the below role resonsibilities, I was also responsible for the day-to-day management of the Onboarding team including the management of the other Onboarding and Implementation Leads (VP/Senior Associate Level). Executing the operational and system configuration activities related to client transitions to/from organisation, handling the liaison between development, operations, and product owners and performing business as usual updates for existing clients.
