Senior Manager (Mechanical Design)
CurrentMy work has been focused on the development of innovative bearing compartment hardware for turbomachinery for advanced military engine development programs. Some work has been directed at on specific system technology development challenges - a patent search can guide the reader to my areas of focus. Recently, my efforts have been twofold; first, on the design integration of Mechanical Systems hardware within the larger system of a new engine centerline, and second, on the implementation of additive manufactured components within that new engine. One of the greatest aspects of this role is being able to guide the integrated design and analysis team with an eye on the system impacts, all while eliminating the silos between the engine module design groups.
