As a real estate acquisition, entitlement and project management professional, I am passionate about bringing the newest concept to life. I have successfully negotiated development agreements, cost sharing agreements, preliminary and final plats, and architectural approvals, to name a few.Infrastructure Financing MUDs, TIFFs and other assessment districts are key components to the public-private partnership that brings projects to life. Having procured over $15M in bond financing for several communities, I excel in this process. Reimbursement agreements with the municipalities are a key part of this financing as well. Project ManagementThe development of each project presents a unique set of challenges, beyond managing contractor relationships, budgets and schedules. I also provide clear communication to stakeholders and consider it my responsibility to remove obstacles to the project's success.I hold an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley with a concentration in Real Estate, in addition to BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering.
