I facilitate the movement of an average of 15,000 plants and manage tracking compliance in regards to county regulations. My regular duties require collaboration with the cultivation team on what practices are lawful and what would not be in compliance. As the operation is so new, I implemented inventory practices that provide a greater rate of accuracy than before by gathering data and digitizing it in a centralized document. I also work as the acting deputy weighmaster ensuring that all products are the correct weight when selling or harvesting. Lastly, I create sales manifests and document what routes are being taken so that compliance happens on a distributors end as well.

At Jackery I worked directly under the Operations Manager and COO of the Fremont branch of the company where I learned how to help operate an e-commerce business through Amazon Seller Central. The products we moved were lithium-ion battery power stations which actually classify as a dangerous good. As a dangerous good, our power stations had to be shipped to customers only by ground transportation due to the chance that lithium-ion batteries can explode on planes. I shipped our product lines across different 3PL services to lower costs both domestic and internationally. Part of my daily duties was to handle part of the reverse logistics process and replenish inventories by collaborating with the main team based in China. My non-regular duties revolved around customer service and calling people who had inquiries on our products regarding what our products can be used for or what to do for a return.
