As the IT of The Mailworks, I am responsible for all the IT related technologies, Desktop Computers, Laptops, Mobile Phones, IT Assets whilst also assisting around the office answering/helping with any IT related queries.We provide a range of services for IT as well, such as a storage area for clients to store their job assets upon request that can be accessed via FTP.Other related responsibilities include Data Processing / Mailsorting Data, Programming using PReS and Job Management.At The Mailworks we provide a vast range of services such as Printing, Cutting, Folding, Machine Envelope Enclosing, Poly-Wrap Enclosing, Hand-Fill Enclosing and also Print Management.Print service we can produce are things such as letters, leaflets, labels, business card, postcards and more, these can also be variably customizable.The Mailing Providers we use consist of, Royal Mail, Whistl & Secured Mail, we can manage through work for other mailing providers also such as UK Mail and Onepost, etc.Whilst in-between production work I was working with management to get the company ISO accredited with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 27001 accreditations.

As an IT Apprentice I was in control of all the computers in the office, I programmed with a software called PreS and with that software I create direct mail that would be printed on a IBM printer, I also programmed postcards, posters, business cards and much more that would be printed on a xerox printer.
