Vice President Recruiting Oversee a team of geographically disbursed individual recruiters and managing senior client relationships supporting Firmwide Operations to include CCB Ops, CB, CIB, and AWM LOBs to ensure a smooth recruiting process. Primary responsibilities include understanding the business needs and partnering with recruiters to fully understand and deliver on the staffing strategy for the business. Ensure we are attracting and sourcing top talent to meet the business needs. In addition, develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels (Oracle HCM, direct sourcing, LinkedIn, employee referrals, community involvement, job fairs, etc.), understand diversity goals for the business, provide candidate slates in support of these goals, keep current on the local labor market, and share information with clients and colleagues. • Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals.• Act as a player/coach, while overseeing a team of individual recruiters.• Oversee team of geographically disbursed Recruiters responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates, and solicit feedback on candidates to refine recruiting strategy as applicable.• Demonstrate expert level of understanding of the line of business recruiting needs by participating in client meetings, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for areas of recruiting responsibility as well as managing hiring manager/candidate expectations.• Measure and drive results by leveraging metrics and reporting to enable and ensure top performance from the team.• Understand Diversity and Affirmative Action Goals for respective LOB, provide education to hiring managers, and ensure diverse candidate slates by designing and implementing innovative Recruitment strategies.• Manage, coach, develop, and direct the efforts of the team.

By virtue of the office I am the Chairman of the Board of Directors. I also serve as an ex-officio member on all committees and oversee the entire event. The Picktown Palooza has become an annual event taking place in July and draws thousands of visitors from central Ohio and surrounding areas. The three-day event takes place in historic downtown Pickerington. The Panger Productions Board is committed to producing a fantastic Picktown Palooza and providing exciting entertainment and family fun.
