-Rebuilt confidence of user base through stellar service, kindness, and empathy.-Re-created the Software & Services Directory from my previous job for Blend, and expanded on it to with "App Info" pages to adapt to app, subsidiary, vendor management and compliance complexity.-Overhauled onboarding and added several slides for apps that were in use but missing from the deck.-Overhauled the IT internal knowledge base as well as the user facing knowledge base, top to bottom.-Redesigned Confluence homepage to become company Intranet. This scaled from 4-500 users to over 2000.-Learned, and eventually ran the renewals process for many of our major annual renewals and worked with Vendor Management to negotiate better deals with vendors.-Advocated for and ran the entire Slack (Pro) to Slack Enterprise Grid migration project (including contracts, communications, technical setup, transition, and resolved any remaining issues from the migration).-Trained, managed, advised and coached multiple classes of high school IT interns.-Advocated for and ran the entire 1Password rollout project across the company.-Documented and wrote the "How to build a subsidiary" template document (a technical step by step guide to building a MVP subsidiary that people can work in).-Wrote 45 individual unique rotating Slack Tips to ensure user training and compliance with a 45 day retention policy. Done on a short deadline to ensure the (1100+ person) acquired T365 company could be a part of it on day 1.-Successfully advocated for and worked cross-functionally for paid Slack training for new and older users.-Helped in various ways with the IPO of my company and the acquisition of another company that happened in the same month.

-Created the IT Knowledge Base, and created the Software & Services Directory (SSD) in Confluence. The SSD contains a list of commonly-used software LendUp uses, along with a brief summary of what it does, access requirements information, guides, and cost per user per year. -Worked on creating a central hub for the company's main Confluence homepage: Combined the above (Software & Services Directory + IT Knowledge Base) with a New Hire Portal that contained information on how to access benefits, where to get help for other non-IT related items, helpful links, etc.-Moved individual software / services licenses to volume licensing for all applicable software to save time and money.-Built out an iPad-based system for checking in and out of conference rooms using Teem's Eventboard software well under budget.-Overhauled the onboarding process to include a password primer, give a much more warm welcome to our new hires, and give light security training. This allowed hires to be much more proficient and ready on their first day.-Built a user provisioning script to take what used to be a several hour multi-system process down to a largely automated few minutes.

Began as a contractor here with Murphy, McKay & Associates (my previous job). I started off as a one month contract, but was continuously extended until October when they decided to make me an employee. Due to a recent move from an old building to the current location, a lot of physical labor was needed for this job. This included unifying all of the desktop hardware (same DVI cabling, upgraded ethernet cables, same video card, ensuring all dual-monitors were the same model for aesthetic/management reasons, etc), cleaning up and re-organizing the IT lab, and re-working the storage spaces to be more optimal. During this period I deployed 60 monitors, 70 laptops, completely cleared out all remaining Windows XP systems, and completed all of my work related to the refresh.After a few months I became adept regarding onboarding, and became a vital member of the help desk team. I took over the offboarding process as well. Soon after that I was given a bit more free reign to automate things I had been working on, and found a way to cut the labor of the termination process by 75%. During my free cycles, I also wrote a script that completely automated the way Outlook signatures were created. This script pulled information from Active Directory into variables and then called a function to replace text within a word document with information from the aforementioned variables. The end result was a user would have four signatures (Title with/without mobile, no title with/without mobile). All of this was deployed via an SCCM package.Other notable accomplishments:-Led a team of four contractors to replace 60 desks in one day; completed project on time and with zero disruption to users.-Re-designed asset management database. Performed an inventory at all offices either directly or by proxy. Prepared assets database to be integrated with ServiceNow.-Standardized all phones, lines, and end users within Cisco Unified Communications Manager (call manager).

This was my first job related to IT. Essentially my main duties were to diagram how a workstation looked (to ensure that the user would be satisfied with their finished setup), disassemble the workstation's electronics and cabling and properly label things before packing them away. Then unpack, and re-assemble it according to the diagram given.I was noticed early on for being self motivated: Staying behind and cleaning up messy or incomplete workstations that others had left behind. This work ethic eventually led to my next job at RS Investments.
