Resident Liaison (program manager level) for King's Ridge, CASA's largest Permanent Supportive Housing community. Works directly with residents, case managers, and agency partners to connect local resources to support more than 100 residents' needs. Utilizes a Critical Time Intervention (CTI) model to create wrap-around services to improve housing outcomes. Transitioned from Property Specialist in May 2024. Previously assisted tenants with rental subsidy recertification and maintained affordable housing properties throughout Wake County.

Provided on-site case management services informed by Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in a 79 bed Grant Per Diem (GPD) shelter. Used trauma-informed lens to conduct home wellness checks, biopsychosocial assessments, and resource coordination for veterans and civilians in Permanent Supporting Housing (PSH) and Rapid Rehousing (RRH). Personally selected to lead the Human Affairs Team responsible for all personnel functions and well being of cadets in the company (100+ cadets). Monitored the stress and resiliency of more than 40 freshman during a rigorous 2 month initial military training. Performed health and wellbeing assessments to ensure all cadets were able to successfully manage stress. Conducted monthly training sessions including sexual assault prevention, racism elimination, suicide prevention and conflict de-escalation. Attended monthly training sessions with human resource specialists to maintain proficiency of policy, limitations of information release, and HIPPA rights.
