Provided training to the existing team in order to expand their skillset which resulted in zero employee turnover as we successfully pivoted to the new platform and infrastructure.2020 - Served as the technology owner in evaluating Corporate Performance Management platforms which resulted in the selection of OneStream as our platform for month end close consolidations and planning and forecasting activities. 2017 - Oversaw the implementation of PCMCS which provides complex allocation of expenses to provide client and product profitability reporting for Finance. 2016 – Led a proof of concept effort of Hybrid Essbase, a cutting edge offering first introduced by Oracle in 2014 expected to marry the best of BSO & ASO Essbase options, this effort gave us confidence to move forward to deploy our first hybrid Planning application.2015 - Oversaw the upgrade to 11.1.2.4 on Oracle Exalytics X4 hardware, and provided development support and direction to internal and external resources to deliver Essbase Studio as a solution to provide drill-through to GL transaction detail from Smartview. 2014 - Implementation of ASO Essbase, Oracle BI, and Workforce Planning model to provide labor forecast using employee compensation data from Workday.
