Responsible for a diverse portfolio of innovation projects and programmes, and for establishing an innovation agenda (strategy, governance, innovation portfolio) for the organisation. Innovation programs included: social innovation (including area-based collaboration, neighbourhood development and community building), sustainable innovation, and agenda-setting and coalition building on the topic of 'giving voice to home seekers'. Contributed to convening a national network of actors on the latter topic, and to an organisation-wide learning program on 'the craft of social housing'.

As consultant involved in various social transformation projects in multiple sectors in the Dutch public domain. Projects include: - Innovation in the mental health care sector (cliënt: Vincent van Gogh voor geestelijke gezondheid)- Sustainability pact Eindhoven: inclusive and sustainable urban development in the Eindhoven region (clients: city of Eindhoven, and social housing corporations Woonbedrijf, 'thuis, Trudo and Wooninc)- Scheiden zonder Schade: co-creating a systemic new way to handle divorce in the Netherlands, in order to prevent negative impact to underaged children that might result from conflictual divorce situations (project commissioned by Ministry of Justice & Ministry of Health, in collaboration with VNG and Raad voor de Rechtspraak)- Win-Wind: exploring sustainable co-use of offshore wind farms on the North Sea, by passive fisheries (lobster and crab) and creating a transition in the fisheries sector.Our projects are multi-stakeholder collaborations, focused on solving complex challenges at a root level, and using dialogue-based approaches.ITSI emerged out of the Reos Partners Foundation Europe, which previously was a member organization of Reos Partners.

As programme manager and process facilitator social innovation, I'm responsible for guiding a portfolio of innovation processes & projects with a host of internal and external stakeholders, on topics such as: sustainability, accelerating new housing in the region, and social innovation and community building/ inclusive society.Viveste is a medium-sized social housing corporation active in the region around Utrecht, providing affordable housing for approximately 7000 households in the towns of Houten and Wijk bij Duurstede, in the Utrecht metropolitan region.

The Sustainability pact Eindhoven is a collaboration between the city of Eindhoven, four social housing corporations Woonbedrijf, 'thuis, Trudo and Wooninc. and tenants representation associations, with the goal of accelerating the transition towards a sustainable built environment in Eindhoven. Together these parties own half the built environment in Eindhoven, and they a responsibility to be a front runner in the transition to a sustainable society. We were asked to set up the social architecture for this collaboration, and facilitate the process, including a project portfolio, involving managers, staff and director level colleagues at all organisations.
