Still performing FC associate functions such as induction, sortation, and staging.As an Ambassador, we are the eyes and ears for the managers. We are the next step for the associates to reach out to. Any issues or concerns at the work site, the associates will bring it to the attention of an ambassador. We will then either resolve the issue, or bring to the attention of the on duty station manager.Ambassador role and responsibility include the following:- Making sure that work site is up to safety standards and that all associates are working in a safe manner according to Amazon policy.- Quality Assurance: Insure that all packages are sorted correctly by the associates. Any misorted packages that are not stowed correctly need to be found and sorted correctly. Manage all misorts through Amazon system.- Trailer Dock Release: Follow all steps for all trucks to dock their trailers be performed before unloading all the packages for induction and sortation.- Problem Solve- solve varies issues with packages such as damage or incorrect labeling. Once correction is made, then package is prepared for delivery or sent to correct facility.- Associate mentoring and training: As an extension to the management team, ambassadors train associates to perform their roles and responsibility on site. Suggest ways for associates to improve their process and assist them in ways for them to be successful at Amazon.

• Induction- Account for each package to enter the sortation facility to then be sorted to varies routes.• Sortation- Insuring that packages are sorted in order for their intended routes.• Staging- Grouping all packages to stage for the different routes to be ready for the drivers to pick up and deliver.

Provide front-line phone support to clients via remote assistance and go on-site to resolve issues.Triage client issues and rapidly resolve or escalate to senior engineers.Perform day-to-day System Administration of client environments, including but not limited to system monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity management.Clearly document actions taken in our ticketing system.Work with senior engineering staff to ensure client environments are healthy and SLA goals are met.Assist operations staff with inventory management.Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency calls as required in a timely manner.Maintain vendor certifications and engage in continuing self-improvement studies.

For new agents, programs and hardware settings are set remotely to their desktop/laptop. Assisted and troubleshoot any issues with POS/PMS systems, VPN, MFA, PBX.-Assist employees with the IT Support Helpdesk(Freshdesk) by documenting and filing all technical issues through a ticketing system. Then assisting each individual person or group with their related tech issue.-Assisted the Executive Team, employees, and agents in maintaining the companies Service Level Agreement by reducing and fixing software or network downtimes if any. Worked with 3rd party client’s and partner’s IT team to reestablish communications.- Assist with other Network Systems Administration duties.

- Maintain network connectivity; troubleshoot and install VOIP telephones, computer systems, Printers, Scanners, Fax machines, other PC hardware.- Configure Active Directory to add, edit, or delete users from the company.- Change group policies as need to change permissions for groups or individual users.- Installed IP phones and cameras, switches, patch panels, computers, monitors, Ethernet cables as needed.
