- Code and maintain an Excel Macro Toolkit in VBA for Head Office and Aerospace employees to automate time-consuming Excel operations.- Restructured Bombardier Aerospace’s quarterly reporting process as well as wrote formalized procedure and training documentation used by all company physical sites – the new process has saved the consolidation on average one to two business days during month-end procedures.- Centralized process to track, record and evaluate KPIs of Managers and Directors throughout inter-company month-end procedures, resulting in improved communication, overview and evaluation of upper-management performance.

In my third year as a camp instructor at the reputed Vanier Super Camp, I specialized as a Math Instructor. This meant that I would teach children aged from 5 to 14 years old mathematics skills and lessons during the summer months. This is a specifically demanding task because I had to pass on and teach mathematics during the months where the children were supposed to be on break. This has further sharpened my skills in effective and adaptive communication and has also thought me how to keep an easily distracted audience attracted to the subject at hand.

Spending a full work day taking care of a group of 10 to 20 children, this job has developed my communication and leadership skills due to my position as a role model for children rather than just an instructor that looks after them. Please note that employment period was from June to August of each respective year (i.e. 2013 & 2014).
