I am the CTO for Tozuda, a startup company that manufacturers mechanical impact indicators. Tozuda’s products are used on helmets to promote concussion awareness and early intervention and assessment of potential head injuries.

I design, build, and test new systems and components for PDC, aligned with our innovation and digitalization strategies.This work includes mechanical design, P&ID development, component specification and procurement, function and performance testing, control system design, operation and troubleshooting, and overall project management.SimpleFuel - Hydrogen Refuelling Station:I am the product owner at PDC, responsible for the design of the system layout, valve panels, component selection, mechanical design of subsystems, management of procurement, management of production process and schedule, and collaboration with system engineers and components vendors.This also includes factory testing, third party inspection and listing for compliance with hydrogen technology codes and standards (ASME / PED, NFPA / IEC, SAE, etc.), field installation, start-up and commissioning, and handover of systems to the customer.Field work for SimpleFuel has included both commissioning and maintenance at customer sites in Japan, 4 weeks in 2018, 4 weeks in 2019.I was the project manager for the prototype SimpleFuel system for the DOE H-Prize Competition, and acted as the test engineer and operator during H-Prize performance period.The SimpleFuel team won the DOE H-Prize Competition - Completed December 2016, Announced January 2017.My experience includes work with gaseous hydrogen, liquid hydrogen, gaseous nitrogen, liquid nitrogen, and hydrogen electrolyzers (SimpleFuel includes a custom configured electrolyzer and gas purification system).
