SenseMakers LLC. is an off-shoot of Red Team Intelligence (RTI) LLC. With RTI's success in diversifying our income streams, we decided to make a strategic structural change that is better aligned with our different business lines. First, because of our success in real estate investments, RTI LLC. is now doing business as (DBA) Bausch Homes. All real estate investment, brokerage and property management business is conducted by Bausch Homes and managed full-time by Cynthia Bausch (MBA and Licensed Real Estate Broker). SenseMakers focuses on enhancing HLS practitioner’s capabilities across all phases of the prevention, protection, response and recovery mission continuum. SenseMakers’ primary area of expertise is in assisting HLS clients in developing and adopting institutional practices that enhance their Situational Awareness, Intelligence Operations and Analysis, Common Operating Picture, and Decision-Making Capabilities. A retired Marine Intelligence Officer, Chris Bausch has become a leading contributor to the evolution of domestic counterterrorism intelligence operations. Prior to retiring, Bausch participated in a broad range of operations, including: counter-drug efforts in South and Central America; numerous Persian Gulf tours; humanitarian and security missions; and clandestine reconnaissance operations along the Southwest border between the U.S. and Mexico. In 2003, Bausch started up Red Team Intelligence LLC. as a counterterrorism intelligence consultancy. He began working with State and Local Public Safety and Law Enforcement agencies as a terrorism prevention consultant--trainer, mentor and process improvement advisor. In this capacity, he participated in the early efforts to develop and document domestic intelligence fusion center concepts such as Intelligence Preparations for Operations (IPO) and Terrorism Liaison Officer (TLO) programs. Bausch is also a contributor to the development and execution of Special Event Situational Intelligence Projects, at the time called “Shadow Operations." Shadow Operations have been used to support Super Bowls, Rose Parades, and other mass-gathering events across Southern California. In 2007, Bausch deployed to Iraq as a Senior Civilian Counterterrorism Advisor to the Iraq Ministry of Interior (MOI). While in this position, he was directly responsible for coordinating the establishment of a national (Iraqi) domestic counterterrorism directorate and advising its leadership on the conduct of operations. The Iraqi CT Directorate initiated operations in March 2008 and made an immediate impact on the counterterrorism fight by successfully infiltrating and defeating terrorists and insurgent groups in Sadr City, (Baghdad), Basra, Mosul, and Diyala provinces. Bausch returned home in 2008.
