Provide psychotherapy services to low-income adult clients with a diversity of mental health and substance abuse issues at northern New Mexico's largest community mental health clinic, Santa Fe Community Guidance Center. Individual and group therapy. Coordinate with psychiatric, primary medical, and case management services.

Provide short-term psychotherapy and case management to wide variety of individuals of all ages for crisis, trauma, and anxiety. Work as part of a cohesive clinical team. Complete comprehensive triage assessments for intake clients. Make appropriate referrals.

Lead mindfulness meditation and mindful yoga groups. Guide individual clients in nature-based therapeutic and ceremonial processes with Nature as a healing partner. Lead and facilitate wilderness-based rites of passage (Vision Quest) for groups of adults, including processes of preparation, solo time, and incorporation, teaching natural history, ceremonial process, and wilderness safety, and facilitating group process and council.

Sampled vegetation and ecological attributes on national forests of central and southern Idaho and northern Utah. Work included ground-truthing for National Forest-wide vegetation mapping using remote sensing, and intensive permanent vegetation plots in non-forested habitats.

Worked at community mental health clinic run by the college called Southwestern Counseling Center, first as an intern and then as a licensed post-graduate therapist. Provided psychotherapy and counseling services to individual clients, couples, and families with a variety of presenting issues. Answer phones, greet clients, manage front desk, complete intake assessments. Also, led various therapeutic and pyschoeducational groups as an intern.
