I served on the leadership team for the two-year rotational experience that recruits new Product Managers from top universities, providing direct ownership of products, regular exposure to senior executives, fun events with fellow APMs and more. We also offer a 12 week internship program which provides many of the same opportunities in a condensed timeframe.

Led Tierra del Sol's development efforts that included fundraising, communications, volunteerism and advocacy strategies. Within a one year period, improved fundraising revenue by 98% by creating plans for major gifts, foundation relations, government contracts, planned giving, family engagement and executive team training.

Led the entire operations of local YMCA branches by aligning the assets and activities of the branch with the Association’s strategic plan while overseeing administration, development, and delivery of all activities; maximize community involvement by providing a wide variety of programs. Dramatically increased community awareness, community participation, and giving over a 4-year period while increasing programs and productivity and decreasing costs. Boosted overall exposure to the YMCA by leading efforts in the community to demonstrate good will, including creating a non-profit leadership council comprised of 70 separate non-profit organizations and 100+ individuals.

Led all branch fundraising activities including strategic planning and management by closely collaborating with the Executive Director on establishing annual and multi-year goals and plans to attain the goals.

Facilitated optimized fundraising in major cities across the region by leading the development activities for all of Los Angeles County, including training and mentoring the individual Regional Directors, and identifying and capitalizing on sponsorship opportunities with local businesses.Expanded the Special Olympics Southern California Regional and Area sports programs by defining and implementing funding strategies to meet the mission of optimizing quality programs for the athletes while serving as Director of Development.

Increased giving 114% in first year in this capacity by planning and executing a broad variety of fundraising activities for a designated geographic area of Santa Clarita Valley; significantly increased local program participation by 80% within a two year period.
