Provided one on one ESOL conversation classes to help English learners hone their skills and vocabulary. Using a variety of methods, fostered organic conversation skills in learners.

On a volunteer basis, lead small English language classes via zoom with kids in India.

A summer position in which I assisted the owner in the daily operations of the company; from basic filing to creating price estimates for customers based on a variety of factors involved with the jobs. Often, I was left to run the office while the owner attended to other business. A wonderful experience with a well run and growing small business.

After being promoted to Customer Service I learned to operate Lottery sales terminals and Western Union terminals. I gained valuable experience in customer relations, large scale cash handling, multi-line phone operation as well as a hint of sales experience as I often pushed products from our weekly flyer.
