Christopher Bernardi has worked in beverage manufacturing for three years. After graduating from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts and a Certificate of Distillation, Wine, and Brewing Studies, he accepted a position as a cellar operator with Lexington Brewing & Distilling Company where he was responsible for all filtration duties, as well as product organization, cleanliness of tanks and other heavy machinery, forklift operations pertaining to barrels, aging of relevant brewery products, and flavoring all relevant products as well. Following a life-change, he is currently a distiller, bottler, and general utility at Kings County Distillery in Brooklyn, NY. In addition to all responsibilities involved in the bottling and packaging of a diverse range of spirits, Christopher is also responsible for distillation of all new-make, barreling operations, and warehouse organization. He is most proud, however, of his knowledge of the American Whiskey landscape, having been a passionate collector of bourbons and whiskies for many years.
