I am a current alumni student at Arizona State University, who has a degree in Bachelor of Arts, Interdisciplinary studies, focusing on Marketing/Sales Communication. Answers to common Interview Questions.1. What type of professional tasks do you excel at? I have greatly improved upon my skills throughout my career, ones that stand out include: Public Relations, Relationship Building, and Sales Skills. I excel in closing a sale, when doing so I keep the customer and the establishment in mind. I am a strong believer that a sale, like everything else, is done best with balance. I also excel in making a sales conversation personal and deep rooted that sticks with the buyer and influences their decision. I try to make a sales conversation lean toward a special moment rather than a cash grab. To give a last professional task I excel in, I am a great multitasker. I’ve gained practice and perfected staying on top of multiple tasks at once while all being done in a timely matter.2. What are three of your career accomplishments so far? Thus far, my top three accomplishments include going to New York Fashion Week as apart of the Maybelline Team, being able to work with one of the biggest broadway shows in the world “WICKED” as a sales representative, and lastly receiving cash rewards while participating in career challenges throughout my time as an ambassador. 3. What are your strengths? How do you capitalize on them? My strengths include work life balance, bringing personality to work, and keeping a positive attitude throughout all tasks. I capitalize on these strengths by practicing them in and out of my professional life. Just like everyone, there are cloudy days where these strengths tend to hide, but I take advantage of them whenever I can to strengthen them- in order for future use. On top of what has been said, I take these strengths to ultimately better any professional/personal situation. 4. Describe your weaknesses, and tell us how you think you can overcome them? One weakness that I’ve struggled with and have improved on throughout my personal/professional life is the anxiety of saying the wrong thing and having it create a chain of events that negatively impacts my goal(s). When thinking about it, I can overcome this weakness by staying true to myself and do my best to stay on topic/staying focused on the present.
