Assist Account Executive and Producer in creating and maintaining a benefits package that works for clients’ employees while keeping in line with industry benchmarking as well as clients’ budgets.Ensure clients are in compliance with all ACA, ERISA, COBRA and all other benefit related compliance regulations.Manage implementation process for all new carrier and vendor implementations to ensure aseamless process for the client.Establish and maintain strong and effective business relationships with clients, carriers, management and team members.Create and update documents to communicate benefit changes during Open Enrollment to employees.Perform meetings, webinars and video recordings to communicate Annual benefit changes for assigned clients and promote teamwork by assisting other Account Managers whenever possible.Assist clients with any escalated service issues that may arise with any carriers

Strategize with key decision makers at renewal and throughout the year in order to help them create and maintain a benefits package that works for their employees while keeping in line with specific industry benchmarking as well as the company’s budget.Ensure clients are in compliance with ACA, ERISA, COBRA and all other benefit relatedcompliance regulations.Work closely with producers and Director of Employee Benefits to expand resources and maintainexcellence in client service and client retention.Establish and maintain strong and effective business relationships with clients, carriers,management and subordinate team members.Perform employee meetings for assigned clients as needed and promote teamwork by assisting other benefitconsultants whenever possible.Hold weekly team meetings to ensure subordinate team members are remaining on task and offerassistance as needed.Promote teamwork and collaboration throughout department and company.
