• Designed, built, tested, troubleshot and maintained Masterwell. A program to link Well information from over 9 systems together, to enhance and maintain data continuity and consistency. Prepared user and technical documentation, prepared training material and a video training guide. Automated system to keep itself current, main system used in the company today for finding information about wells. • Redesigned process for generating Maps of corporate hierarchy (geographical field, etc. boundaries). Went to ArcGIS using python, reduced time to draw maps from 2-3 weeks to <8 hours, and removed Geoscout in the process saving ~$1MM per year.• Enhanced process for managing “People Data”. Getting Employee data from the HR system in Sql Server, contractor data from our custom database in Oracle, and active directory information to automatically manage changes and update back into all systems as required.• Responsible for coaching and mentoring other IS/IT support staff.

• Reverse engineered an internal Qbyte FM process to generate Corporate Hierarchy Summary data. Made a copy of the program logic, updated and enhanced the design, programmed and tested the solution. This reduced the time required from 6-8 hours per hierarchy per year, to 25 minutes per hierarchy per year.• Designed and implemented a historical financial database model, to house all transactional data from acquisitions, and join to our Qbyte FM data for reporting.• Extracted, Translated and loaded data for 7 acquisitions into the historical model over the life cycle of this database.• Designed and implemented a solution for Double-blind entry of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) information into Qbyte FM to meet Sarbanes Auxley (SOX) audit requirements. • Developed a solution for maintaining up-to-date listing of Bank and Branch information in Qbyte FM.• Documented, identified and reviewed deficiencies in vendor and contract management systems.
