Designed and wrote the QC Engine to evaluate Aviation Navigation Data for Flight Navigation Systems. Boeing has strict rules on discussing internal product information. In general the engine I wrote processes hundreds of rules against large amounts of data. The core services are accessible via REST calls and the engine is deployed in a WebLogic container. I used embedded Apache Derby (a.k.a. Java DB) for various state management functions. I was paired with 2 junior programmers, and we have delivered on/ahead of time for 2 releases with 2 more planned.
