Railway industry experience: West Midlands Trains (WMT)2023 - current: Regional Station Manager (West Coast Mainline)Responsible for our colleagues and customer experience at stations, including the West Coast Mainline and branch lines. 2021 - 2023: HS2 Senior Interface Manager.
