Performed in-depth legal and business research in support of the firm’s clientele and legal strategies, focusing heavily on corporate, healthcare, and litigation. Completed information assignments and research requests in a timely manner to provide essential resources and documentation to facilitate the firm's business development and litigation efforts. Performed extensive business research in autonomous driverless vehicles and recreational marijuana that helped the firm expand services to cover and develop knowledge in these emerging areas of law. Conducted thorough research to support the 2014-15 MLRC Libel (U.S. 6th Circ.) Survey, searching a multitude of resources to compile references of legal concepts related to libel, malice, and slander for internal utilization. Championed online research efforts to acquire statistical data on cybersecurity, data breaches, and privacy, documenting findings to support information needs of the firm’s Data Security & Privacy Practice Group. Organized and directed legal research training sessions for new associates to support the library's role as an essential research service and reference source for the firm's client service and retention efforts.
