Managed 13 lawyers servicing the premier U.S. financial lines underwriting business, handling negotiation and drafting of insurance policies, product development, business processes, and associated regulatory matters including rate and form filing and market conduct examination requirements.

Sole lawyer for team which sold custom-underwritten, one-off policies to mitigate risk of loss from existing litigation.
