Emergency Communications Center Manager
Current- Administratively responsible for 100+ employees including managers, line supervisors, dispatchers, and call takers; bound by multiple collective bargaining agreements.- Oversees operational policy development.- Serves on the Franklin County CIT steering committee. - Oversees basic training and advanced training- Supports the Right Response Unit in collaboration with Public Health, Police, and Fire; approves and develops policies and workflows. - Meets regularly with cabinet level City officials; provides insight; develops reports; responds to inquiries. - Leads projects; develops policies and workflows; identifies training opportunities. - Responsible for HR functions such as; recruiting; training; timekeeping; applicant screening, and labor relations.
