Chris leads Deloitte Global’s Sustainability & Climate Experiences Team. Recognizing that companies are often held back not by technical challenges, but human ones, Chris’ professional focus is understanding and fostering the conditions necessary to spark innovation, spur alignment, and create lasting impact for executives, their teams, and their organizations. He also leads Deloitte's Global Chief Sustainability Officer Program.In Sustainability Experiences, Chris applies design thinking and the “science of experiential engagement”, to create immersive, interactive facilitated sessions to help teams achieve breakthrough solutions to their most complex strategic sustainability challenges and value aspirations. Sustainability Experiences are custom crafted to explore strategic sustainability issues, to diagnose why teams are stuck, to unlock opportunities, and to mitigate and remove barriers to organizational and individual success.Although Chris’ current focus is on Sustainability & Climate, some of the other challenges and topics that Chris has engaged on include Talent Transformation, Supply Chain Transformation, Smart Cities, Customer Experience, Organizational Strategy and Innovation, Cannabis Management, Public and Non-Profit Effectiveness, Blockchain, Digitalization, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Robotic Process Automation, Executive Transitions, Relationship Building, Team Building and Group Dynamics. Chris has accelerated the performance of hundreds teams from around the U.S., Canada, Europe, Mexico, South America, China, Japan, Singapore and India.Chris serves on the Board of the Education Alliance, a non-profit that fosters education excellence, and volunteers for Keep Tahoe Blue. Chris completed his undergraduate studies in economics at UC Santa Barbara and the Institut d’Etudes Politique in Grenoble, France. Chris earned his MBA from the Haas School at UC Berkeley. He currently lives in Galena Forest, NV with his wife and two children. He enjoys spending time with family and friends skiing, hiking, camping, boating, playing golf, and generally being inspired by nature and music.
