With 16 years working within the retail industry, I have designed and developed conceptual flagship store environments, which inspire engaging consumer experiences whilst maintaining a strong commercial awareness.Experienced in leading presentation and commutation of current store design strategies to key stakeholders. I am effective at creating processes and objectives for team members to achieve business goals, project deadlines and budgets. Constantly re-evaluting the brands position within the market to challenge and instigate new environmental solutions to continuously move the brand interior forward. Skilled in evaluating brand and consumer experience versus the commercial viability for potential new sites or refits within the existing estate.I have Instigated design libraries and documentations to ensure a clear and consistent level of communication and technical detail to ensure brand integrity is maintained both within UK and Overseas. (Including franchises and concessions).My role has regularly interfaced between shopfitting and brand directors to effectively interpret and realise the brands current vision. This includes forming and maintaining strong relationships with external resources and suppliers. Well adjusted to closely liaising with key internal departments to ensure the store design environment is functional from retail and merchandise perspective.
