Advise municipalities, and their boards and agencies, on personnel matters, land use and zoning matters, labor matters, defense of tort claims and tax appeals, and other actions and matters pertinent to public entities.• Experienced trial attorney specializing in defense of civil litigation against public entities in the State of New Jersey.• Defense counsel for the Bergen County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund, South Bergen Municipal Joint Insurance Fund, Suburban Essex Municipal Joint Insurance Fund, Morris County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund and New Jersey Municipal Excess Liability Joint Insurance Fund (JIFs). JIFs are self-insured entities providing liability coverage to public entities in the State of New Jersey.
