Managed four risk management field investigators located in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. Oversaw large territory in northeast Florida, and responded to and investigated all incidents in territory. Worked closely with outside counsel to prepare cases for resolution, managed company witnesses, and assisted in discovery. Adjudicated cases within $250,000 authority. Worked closely with transportation, engineering, and mechanical departments, and gained vast working knowledge of each. Handled cases with significant financial exposures and those that have potential to damage the organization's reputation.

Performed same duties as within District Manager, Risk Management role (without direct reports) while managing all claims in vast territory in southeast Georgia.

Enforced traffic and criminal laws, with primary emphasis on highways of State of Georgia. Served as member of hostage negotiation team, FBI certified firearms instructor, and patrol rifle/carbine instructor. Investigated traffic accidents and became certified in traffic accident reconstruction.

Oversaw executive protection details in Baghdad, Najaf and Al Hillah, Iraq (Department of State WPPS contract). Performed tasks as driver, tactical commander, and shift leader.
