Primary function is to create and maintain an accurate demand plan which aligns to company-wide revenue and financial KPI's.- Lead weekly Sales and Operations (S&OP) process - Measure and analyze forecast accuracy and demand plan accuracy to drive improvement- Work with finance to ensure demand plan aligns with company KPI's and targets for margin, operating income and ASP erosion - Report Business Unit revenue updates to senior management on a monthly basis- Respond to expedite requests and meet with customers to bring resolution to serious line stop shortages- Lead monthly Strategic Demand Reviews with business unit management to align engineering and NPI priorities for key new products and programs- Report demand trends to business unit and product marketing leadership to ensure understanding throughout the organization- Work with New Product Introduction teams to ensure new product ramp schedules meet customer demand - Assist quality systems team with regular internal and external audit and compliance issues

Assigned to Skyworks Singapore office to lead the Demand Management team for segments of Skyworks High Performance Analog business.Primary function is to create and maintain an accurate demand plan which aligns to company-wide revenue and financial KPI's.

Primary Responsibilities- Maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS) for a 26 week rolling horizon using system-generated constrained output and input from the Backlog Managers for the business unit.- Execute Required Supply Plan (RSP) for current quarter. Highlight potential misses of RSP to demand management and respond to RSP increase requests.- Use the advance planning system to drive level loading at the factory and improvement to CRD.Other Responsibilities:- Create longer horizon MPS plans for FG test outs and wafer starts as needed by finance, manufacturing or sales.- Work with New Product Introduction (NPI) planners to ensure future requirements are captured in the MPS and started on time to support new products.- Identify and fix material master data issues with the help of IT and IE.- Contribute to the efforts to make the system more robust by finding and identifying bugs and issues to IT.
