-Supervised and directed an organization of 85 employees and 14 main battle tanks.-Mentored and served as positive influence for 7 junior managers, 3 of which were selected for promotion ahead of peers.-Operated independently of higher headquarters for over 60 days, taking the unit to the country of Georgia and conducting training operations with the host nation military.-Mentored seven junior managers, resulting in three being identified for promotion ahead of peers.-Managed and maintained accountability for over $100M of equipment, resulting in no loss to the US Army; saving time, money, and investigative efforts.-Developed an annual training plan to prepare the unit for nine large scale training events, received oral praise from higher level management for the unit's performance during training.-Created program to incorporate women into workforce. Received and integrated 1st female combat arms soldiers on Fort Carson with no issues or loss of efficiency.
