Chungdahm utilised the latest tablet technology to teach English and more importantly, to teach students how to think critically and logically. This was achieved through debate, literature and project-based modules.I also worked at the company’s headquarters in two departments: training team and programme development. As a member of the training team, I was responsible for training new teachers before they were accepted into the company. I conducted a series of training classes with the recruits and offered feedback before a final evaluation. My role in programme development was to create teaching manuals to better prepare teachers for their classes. These manuals served as a guide that offered tips, suggestions, and methodology for the different classes offered by Chungdahm.
