Ensure the Safety and Quality Control Programs are being adhered to. Providing technical assistance during tender and design phases, as well as providing technical information for international projects across the globe.

Working closely with the on-site project manager along with all departments (Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical Safety, QC, and Logistics). Overseeing all staff and subcontractor personnel to effectively manage the daily on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the contract, schedule and budget. Reviewing drawings and specifications and develop a detailed work plan / schedule. This includes forecast manpower power requirements for all activities (Structural, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical). Perform constructability reviews with the Project Engineer and Superintendents to identify potential risk and develop mitigation strategies to limit or control the risk. Develop and maintain detailed daily report. Run Weekly Scheduling and Subcontractor Coordination Meetings and Reinforce both the Safety and Quality Control Programs. Monitor the overall progress of project, review processes and practices within the team to ensure consistency, efficiency and quality of delivery. Mentor, train, and provide key leadership to all site personnel. Work closely with the Project Manager and Project Engineer in controlling and forecasting costs.
