I am an experienced lawyer who believes helping clients requires evaluating the legal, factual, ethical, and practical aspects of each matter in light of my clients' needs and objectives. I am a co-founder and member of KingWoods, PPLC. I previously served as a Shareholder and Director in Crowe & Dunlevy's Tulsa office for nearly 18 years, where I served as the Vice President of Associate Development. My practice focuses on business transactions and commercial litigation, having represented clients ranging from individuals to leading corporations in a variety of matters and industries, including corporate, banking and financial, insurance, and energy. I also advise clients in all aspects of the medical cannabis industry, including growers, processors, dispensaries, clinics, and trade associations. I am admitted to practice in all state courts in Oklahoma, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. I received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in economics from the University of Oklahoma in 1996, and I earned my Juris Doctor in 2000 from the University of Oklahoma, where I graduated first academically in my law class and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Oklahoma Law Review.
